General Shipping
  • We are able to ship anywhere within the United States.
  • Almost all of our products ship from Washington State. Most apparel are shipped from Iowa.
  • Orders are processed and shipped from Monday thru Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
  • Some items within your order may ship separately. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout.

International Shipping

  • We are not able to offer international shipping at this time.

Expedited Shipping

  • We are not offering expedited shipping at this time.

When Will My Order Arrive?

  • Our products are made to order. Almost all orders ship from the print shop within 3-5 business days of the order being placed, provided the product ordered is in stock.
  • Standard Shipping can take 5-8 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated.
  • Please allow at least 2 weeks for orders to arrive.
  • We do the best to ensure your delivery arrives on time; however, delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date.
  • Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Shipping Multiple Orders

  • Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined and will ship separately.

Shipping to Multiple Locations

  • Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.

Address Changes

  • We are unable to change or update a shipping address once an order has been placed. Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order.

Lost in Transit

  • Packages are considered lost in transit when the products in the order do not arrive at the shipping address provided within the maximum shipping/transit timeframes. A package is considered lost in transit if the shipping timeframe exceeds the maximum shipping/transit timeframe.
  • Please note that there may be variances in ship dates and these times are subject to change.

Customer Service Hours

  • Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm PST. If you submit a contact form over the weekend, our customer service team will contact you the following Monday.

Holiday Closings

  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day
  • New Year's Day
