While Authentic Christian Artistry wants every order to be perfect, mistakes can happen from time to time. Please contact us before returning items. Any and all claims that are requesting refunds, returns, and/or for any reason must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order or your expected delivery date. After contacting us, ship items back to us within 14 days of delivery.
Please always include your order numbers in the package with the returned item. In most cases, we will replace defective garment, defective printing, the wrong garment, or the wrong print, simply by receiving a photograph showing the problem with the items and including the order numbers. Merchandise cannot be returned if used, washed, or worn. Personalized items are final and cannot be returned.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We currently do not offer exchanges, but please feel free to reach out to us and we will be in contact with you shortly to make things right.
